Balesia Group owns and operates the infrastructure and technology that connected economies run on. From towers and networks to the platforms layered on top of them, the group holds operating companies across telecom, technology, AI, finance, and commerce.

Balesia Group is a family office with more than 40 years in telecom, across every facet of the industry, and deep expertise in AI, ad technology, and finance. It is built on a single conviction: the companies that control both the physical network and the software running on it capture value the whole way down the stack.
Balesia saw the problem firsthand. Operators and major enterprises were paying to build the networks and hold the user relationships, while other companies captured the revenue. So the group built its own solution and acquired a carrier, VIVA, as a proof of concept for the new revenue models. With that proof established, Balesia is now signing up major telcos and enterprises, through its affiliates, to follow the same path and unlock new revenue.
The group brings licensed telecom operators, network and tower infrastructure, technology and intellectual property, financial infrastructure, and commerce under common ownership. Each company runs its own market, while a shared backbone of global service functions gives all of them institutional engineering, finance, legal, and operating support.
The result is a portfolio that builds the network and runs the platforms on top of it, and then earns from the relationship with the end user, without stitching together outside vendors at every step.
Physical infrastructure and transmission assets the group's connectivity is built on.

Licensed mobile operations and worldwide SIM issuance carried over owned network assets.

Modular, API-driven software that overlays legacy BSS and OSS and standards such as TM Forum ODA.

AI, engagement, commerce, advertising and financial technology that turns connectivity into recurring revenue.

Balesia owns the whole stack, from the tower to the transaction. It proved the model on its own carrier, VIVA, and now brings it to telcos and enterprises across the Americas.
